On Monday 19th of September, I was asked by my good friend Daniel Dumbrill to come to Chongqing to participate to a discussion - hosted in the studios of the Western China International Communication Organization (WCICO) - on the theme of multipolarity, together with political economist Ben Norton who is currently doing his PhD at Tsinghua University.
