Exactly. And, we’ve seen how good the guarantee is in the other arenas. It’s worthless.

As you have previously covered, the size of the budget is not necessarily related to the amount or quality of the hardware. Without rare earth metals, US arms manufacturing can't produce advanced weapons. No matter how much money they put on the table. And with US missiles being hand made by a limited number of technicians, the volume just cannot be produced at scale.
